Jaimi Gallagher (nee Iredale)
Jaimi is a dedicated musculoskeletal and women’s health physiotherapist, and experienced pilates instructor. She has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of New South Wales. During her university education she completed placements in musculoskeletal, neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedics, cardiorespiratory and women’s health physiotherapy. Since graduating from university she has worked at one of Sydney’s leading women’s health physiotherapy clinics where she gained invaluable experience in the field under the guidance of highly regarded clinicians. She has also completed many continuing education courses and training including Advanced Pelvic Floor (Level 3): Birth Choices, Pelvic Organ Prolapse and Stress Urinary Incontinence run by Women’s Health Training Associates. She ensures she is at the forefront of Women’s Health research having completed the extensive 2023 Women’s Health Training Associates Research Update.
Jaimi enjoys getting to know her patients to be able to deliver the best possible holistic care with a kind and gentle disposition. She is particularly passionate about caring for pre- and postnatal clients to ensure they are empowered to make informed choices, to help do her part in reducing birth trauma and to support women on their journey to and through motherhood. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family including her two year old daughter, outside in nature trail running, doing Physie, and paddleboarding.
