Our Weekly Pilates Timetable

Our standard class time is 45 minutes however 30 and 60 minute classes can be privately organised.

If you have suggestions about a class time that might suit you better, or have two friends you would like to do a private group class with, please let us know. We are happy to try to adapt our timetable so it can suit as many people as possible.

Please note: classes take by Jaimi and Melita are eligible for a private health rebate if you have extras cover for physiotherapy. Classes with Elise are not. Some health funds will contribute to gym, yoga and pilates memberships under a wellness program. Please ask us for details.
