Move Mountains Policies
COVID-19
Coronavirus has changed our world and is still a constant threat. Here is what we are doing to minimise the spread.
All physios are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
All physios have completed COVID-19 infection control training.
We follow current NSW Health requirements with regards to necessary PPE (masks) during appointments and social distance as appropriate.
All patients are booked with a buffer period between them (e.g. 45 minute follow-up consults are booked in a 50 minute time slot), to allow time for adequate cleaning and to minimise the crossover of clients in the clinic.
We use medical hand washing techniques and clean all surfaces before and after each client
We have hand sanitiser available and ask all clients to use it prior to their appointments.
Any towels used in your treatment session are washed by an industrial cleaner before their next use.
What we ask of you:
Please do not attend your appointment if you are suffering any flu-like or respiratory symptoms - let us know at your earliest convenience we will happily reschedule your appointment for a later date, after you have received a negative COVID test.
Please follow NSW Health advice if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 ,identified as a close or casual contact or asked to self-isolate.
