Jessica Hendriks

Jessica is a traveller at heart and is in town for the 2025 snow season.

Graduating from Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2012, Jessica has since worked in a variety of environments from mine sites in regional Queensland to the top of a ski resort at Mount Hotham and many places in between. Jessica has a keen love of board sports and is drawn to the ocean or to the slopes, hence her landing here in Jindabyne this season.

On the physio front, Jessica is an all-rounder, with the ability to treat all areas of the body. Using the holistic method of Connect Therapy™, her skill in identifying the root cause of a problem aides her in creating sustainable change for persistent problems. Jessica does have a favourite area though, the thorax or rib cage. Using the Thoracic Ring Approach™, Jessica can identify biomechanical issues within the ribcage that can carry onto dysfunction in other areas of the body or vice versa.

Jessica specializes in chronic and challenging conditions and is often found as a ‘last resort’ to those who have been on the medical round-about with no answers.

Jessica also has experience in managing acute, snow related injuries and will get you back up the mountain as soon as is safely possible.

Out of the clinic, you will find Jessica tearing down the slopes on her snow board or enjoying the beautiful snowy mountains and surrounds with her small family
